Our Industry

Georgetown, South Carolina was once home to the largest lumber producer on the East Coast, a short 45-minute drive from our location. Though the lumber company is long gone, the timber industry it started still dominates the coastal South Carolina landscape. Pine plantations make up the majority of our forestry, accompanied by a variety of oaks. The coastal carolina landscape is perfect for grooming and responsible stewardship of our forestry.
